2. Keep your portion sizes small

Portion size is basically the amount of each food you have on your plate. When it comes to weight loss, this is extremely important. Try not to eat a portion of food that is bigger than the palm of your hand. This will enable you to consume fewer calories and will help you lose weight.

3. Eating the right foods

Eating large amounts of snacks and junk foods is a disaster when it comes to weight loss. Try and have healthy foods such as vegetables, fruits and lean meat in small portions. This will not only fill your stomach but will not add too many calories to your diet. Keep your fiber intake high.Food

Drinking plenty of fluids, especially water, is great for weight loss. Drinking water can help fill the stomach and will control your hunger as well.
