Other benefits
There seem to be other benefits to eating a variety of nuts. Studies have shown that eating nuts as a part of a healthy diet can help bring down body weight. Some nuts can help prevent prostate cancer. Walnuts can help maintain good reproductive health in men, along with a good sperm count.
Time to grab a handful
