Thank you Sir! There are many foods that are very healthy, but I thought I would list my favorites. Will have more such posts in the future!
Dear Doctor, as I am vegetarian, I do not eat salmon and eggs. I don’t get blueberries in Bangalore, so I don’t eat them too. I enjoy the other seven.
Am I missing something? If yes, how do I compensate?
Thank you for a very useful, crisp message.
Sudha Pai
Hi, not really. As long as you have the remaining foods as a part of a healthy diet, you do not need to worry about being vegetarian. Glad you liked the article, and thank you for your comment!
